Rodolfo Garcia

Rodolfo Garcia grew up in Boyle Heights, California, a city whose culture has undoubtedly influenced, inspired, and played a significant role in his upbringing. 

His varied experience includes leading great teams as a Supervisor/Team Lead with various companies, as well as in Entertainment Event Management, CDL-A Instructor/commercial driving, auto mechanics, and handyman work. 

He plans to strategize fundraising and marketing, outsource youth outreach programs, and foster youth employment opportunities. Mentoring and guiding youth toward their goals is his passion, and he's eager to help them grow mentally, physically, and financially. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Mariposa Alliance's commitment to educational programs aligns perfectly with his goals of creating better pathways and opportunities for our youth.
