Ariel Miranda

Hello my name is Ariel Miranda and I am a first-year at Cal State Long Beach. I am majoring in molecular and cellular biology to pursue medical school in hopes of one day becoming a surgeon. A few of my hobbies that I enjoy are going to the gym, anything with cars, and watching/playing sports. I wanted to volunteer at Mariposa Alliance because my mom, Erendira Wilson, got involved with the group and it was really important to her. I was given the opportunity to come on as a peer mentor and also decided to help out with fundraising. Alongside the fundraising team, I believe I can find many new potential donors to help donate to the cause and as a peer mentor, I can help clients with things such as applying to colleges.
