Jeanette Fruta grew up in Delano, California, the agricultural mecca of the country. During her childhood, she witnessed the Huelga marches for farm laborers. These events have left an indelible imprint on her. She attended California State University, Long Beach and there after began her career in Inventory Management and Data Analysis.

As COO of Mariposa Alliance, she oversees the developing work of our training programs as well as our fundraising plans for our nonprofit. She is a passionate advocate for our youth, offering options & opportunities and creating positive change.
